How to use the product
Measure 125 ml of water in a bowl, add 50 g (4 tablespoons) of powder and mix with a whisk until a smooth paste is obtained. Pour into a saucepan nonstick and heat over medium heat until the pancakes are golden brown. One preparation makes two pancakes.
Alternatively, the dough can also be transformed into delicious waffles in a standard waffle maker. For this, pour 110 ml of water into a bowl, add 100 g of powder and whisk to obtain a smooth paste. Place it on the heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
